Angel City FC and San Diego Wave went into halftime scoreless after a back and forth first half with chances on both sides. San Diego Wave took the lead in the 84th minute when Makenzy Robbe scored on a quick counterattack. Angel City answered late in stoppage time as Alanna Kennedy scored off a corner kick to earn the draw.
