ORLANDO — Racing Louisville FC earned a convincing 3-1 victory over the Orlando Pride on Friday night at Inter&Co Stadium. Racing Louisville came into the match with an aggressive attacking approach and quickly took advantage of its opportunities.
Audrey McKee opened the scoring in the 16th minute, giving Louisville an early 1-0 lead. The visitors continued to create chances after halftime. Emma Sears doubled Louisville’s advantage in the 68th minute before scoring again in the 86th minute to complete her brace and make it 3-0. Orlando Pride managed to get on the scoresheet late in the match, with Kerry Abello scoring in the 90+4th minute. However, the late goal was not enough to spark a comeback.
Racing Louisville held on for the 3-1 victory, securing all three points on the road and showcasing its ability to create and finish scoring opportunities away from home.
